Chernobyl

While surfing slashdot tonight, I ran across one of the most interesting and chilling websites that I've seen in a long while.

It chronicles a Russian girl's motorcycle trip through Chernobyl and the dead zone surrounding it. The pictures and accompanying narration are quite sobering. It's a must-read for everyone.

I just looked through that. I could feel my mood going downhill as I progressed through it. You're right...it is pretty damn interesting!

It'd be cool to wander through that Ghost Town sometime. Creepy, but cool.

I found that site on March 6th, and emailed it to several people I know, but none of them emailed me back about it. Didn't put it on my blog, either, but no one seems to read that anyway.

Hmmm... what a crazy story. It reminds of 28 Days Later.

Very interesting. I'd almost forgotten about Chernobyl... but it looks like we won't ever be doing that... sad.
